OWNER HAS ALLOWED THE OCCUPANT TO BREAK THE LEASE AT THE END OF THE MONTH, AND SHE WILL BE MOVING OUT AS SHE HAS ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER APT. THE LEAY ROOF MAY BE FROM A DESIGN FLAW AND I DID SPEAK WITH THE OWNER WHO STATED SHE PLANS ON KEEPING THE UNIT VACANT UNTIL THE ISSUED IS FIXED AND IS AWARE BECAUSE OF PAST PROBLEMS. WILL FOREGO A NOV AT THIS TIME SINCE OCCUPANT IS IN THE PROCESS OF PACKING AND TIME WILL ALLOW OWNER TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO GET UNIT READY TO REOCCUPY. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
