01/10/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The management was not on site and was able to look around the property. Did find where junction boxes have been placed near the ground level and missing the coverplates through out the property of a large complex. Did find where an extension cord has been added to a junction box and has power at this time. The junction boxes are on a timer and appear to be for the common area maybe for lighting. The unit where the extension cord was found was vacant and secured at this time. The junction are all on the exterior of the building. Will get with management due to need to go to another site. RV.
05/30/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved All issues have been addressed at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
