09/18/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and did meet with the management and they are working on the issue. The roofer has looked at the roof and had a blocked header to the scupper. They have removed some plastic bottles and pigeon that were in the openings of the drains. Did make contact with the tenant and she has given permission for the maintenace to make the needed repairs in a closet. Did call the manager Juan and let him know about getting into the unit. He has scheduled the roofers to make the needed repairs on the roof. RV.
10/10/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The roof has been patched and the drywall has been replaced in the closet but has a stain due to got wet before the roof was sealed. The manager did call a person working on it and will come to the site to seal the stain and paint the area. The manager was going to re-do the wood shelf. Will check in 5 days. RV.
