09/05/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, THE PROPERTY HAS A HOUSE IN THE FRONT AND EITHER A DUPLEX OR A 4 PLEX THAT WAS ADDED UNDER PERMIT. THERE WAS PARKING SPACES OFF THE ALLEY, 3 PARKING SPACES ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, 3 PARKING AREAS OFF THE STREET. 2 PARKING AREA IN FRONT AND 2 ON THE STREET. THE SHED IN QUESTION IS NOT BLOCKING THE ALLEY AND THE (2) 350 GALLON CONTAINERS ARE AWAY FROM THE NEIGHBORING FENCE AND SPLIT THE PROPERTIES. I FOUND NO BEER CANS ANYWHERE. THE EXCESSIVE PARKING SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY PARK WISE OR TPD AS WELL AS THE PARTYING ISSUES. AT MY TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WERE NO ISSUES. NO VIOLATION / COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
