THE SHED IN QUESTION IS NOT BLOCKING THE ALLEY AND THE (2) 350 GALLON CONTAINERS ARE AWAY FROM THE NEIGHBORING FENCE AND SPLIT THE PROPERTIES. I FOUND NO BEER CANS ANYWHERE. THE EXCESSIVE PARKING SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY PARK WISE OR TPD AS WELL AS THE PARTYING ISSUES. AT MY TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WERE NO ISSUES. NO VIOLATION / COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
