APS INFORMED THE OWNERS THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO FIND A PLACE FOR THEM TO STAY BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TRANSPORTED TO UMC FOR A HEALTH EVALUATION, THE OWNERS AGREED. ANGELA CONTACTED TRASPORTATION WHO DID APPEAR LATER. TPD AND C/E INFORMED THE OWNERS THAT THE TRAILER IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WAS NOT LIVABLE, AND THE OWNERS AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION AGREED TO LEAVE THE TRAILER AND ALLOW C/E TO SECURE BY BOARD UP THE ENTIRE TRAILER. ARCADIAN WAS CONTACTED TO SECURE THE TRAILER AND ASKED TO PROVIDE A HASP FOR THE REAR DOOR SOO THAT OWNERS COULD COME AND GO TO GET BELONGINGS. TRAILER WAS SECURED AND POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY.
07/16/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	GOODMAN	Approved	RECEIVED CALL FROM APS., ANGELA WHO STATED THEY WERE GETTING A RUN AROUND FROM RED CROSS BUT THINKS SHE CAN GET A WEEK FROM RED CROSS, AND THEN AFTER HOPES TO BE ABLE TO PUT THEM IN A APARTMENT THRU THE HELP OF APS.

I EXPLAINED THE ONLY REASON WE DID NOT SHUT DOWN AND SECURE THE TRAILER WAS BECAUSE OF A REQUEST BY APS TO ALLOW APS TO FIND HOUSING FOR THE OCCUPANTS. RICK AGREED THAT MAYBE WE SHOULD WAIT TO HEAR FROM APS.
07/09/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VINDIOLA	Approved	Arrived on site to property and unit number 16 . Was met at the gate by Ron the owner of the trailer. I asked for a Joann who was Ron's mother and she came to the door of the trailer. Asked about the situation of the hole in the ceiling. Joanne and Ron both stated this is their trailer and they are working on repairing that better. As owners of the trailer they wish that the city did not enter their property. This trailer is privately owned and not owned by the park was refused entry at this point will move to close out this case
