07/16/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | REVISITED SITE, MET WITH ANGELA OF APS AND KELLY OF TPD AND ALL MET WITH THE HOME OWNER OF THE TRAILER WHO WAS VERY WILLING TO TALK TO EVERYONE. APS INFORMED THE OWNERS THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO FIND A PLACE FOR THEM TO STAY BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TRANSPORTED TO UMC FOR A HEALTH EVALUATION, THE OWNERS AGREED. ANGELA CONTACTED TRASPORTATION WHO DID APPEAR LATER. TPD AND C/E INFORMED THE OWNERS THAT THE TRAILER IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS IN WAS NOT LIVABLE, AND THE OWNERS AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION AGREED TO LEAVE THE TRAILER AND ALLOW C/E TO SECURE BY BOARD UP THE ENTIRE TRAILER. ARCADIAN WAS CONTACTED TO SECURE THE TRAILER AND ASKED TO PROVIDE A HASP FOR THE REAR DOOR SOO THAT OWNERS COULD COME AND GO TO GET BELONGINGS. TRAILER WAS SECURED AND POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
07/16/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | RECEIVED CALL FROM APS., ANGELA WHO STATED THEY WERE GETTING A RUN AROUND FROM RED CROSS BUT THINKS SHE CAN GET A WEEK FROM RED CROSS, AND THEN AFTER HOPES TO BE ABLE TO PUT THEM IN A APARTMENT THRU THE HELP OF APS. |
07/16/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE WHO STATED ALL THAT C/E CAN DO IS TO SECURE THE TRAILER AFTER OWNERS HAVE REMOVED THEIR BELONGINGS. I EXPLAINED THE ONLY REASON WE DID NOT SHUT DOWN AND SECURE THE TRAILER WAS BECAUSE OF A REQUEST BY APS TO ALLOW APS TO FIND HOUSING FOR THE OCCUPANTS. RICK AGREED THAT MAYBE WE SHOULD WAIT TO HEAR FROM APS. |
