COME IN AND REMOVE PORTIONS OF THE DRYWALL, NOTHING MORE WAS DONE SINCE. INSPECTOR ISSUED A 30 DAY NOV ON SITE TO REPLACE AND REPAIR THE DRYWALL AND WATER DAMAGE. ALSO TO TREAT FOR TERMITES. INSPECTOR SPOKE TO MANAGER WHO SIGNED NOV.
07/24/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BERMUDEZ Approved VIOLATIONS ABATED. ALL CORRECTIONS WERE MADE TO THE APARTMENT TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO; TERMITE TREATMENT WAS COMPLETED ON 07/12/2018 AND THE HOLE IN THE WALL WAS REPAIRED. TENANT NO LONGER LIVES IN THE UNIT. CLOSE CASE.
