TENANT ADVISED INSPECTOR THERE WAS A WATER LEAK FROM CEILING IN LIVING ROOM AND BATHROOM AREAS ON 6.16.18, TENANT CALLED MANAGMENT WHO HAD MAINT. COME IN AND REMOVE PORTIONS OF THE DRYWALL, NOTHING MORE WAS DONE SINCE. INSPECTOR ISSUED A 30 DAY NOV ON SITE TO REPLACE AND REPAIR THE DRYWALL AND WATER DAMAGE. ALSO TO TREAT FOR TERMITES. INSPECTOR SPOKE TO MANAGER WHO SIGNED NOV.
