06/04/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Went to the site per the administrator Rick Saldate and met with T.P.D. and did check the homeless camps being questioned. The site were old camps and were vacant at this time. Did find another camp site in the trees and that also was vacant at this time. The property reps. did show on the property and they were taken arounnd to check the sites. At that time it was decided that the sites will be removed with equipment to not be re-used again. The are also looking at installing a fence around the property were not blocked off at this time. The property reps. did talk to T.P.D. Captain Strader on the timeline of the equipment coming to the property and the fencing being installed. The equipment was on it's way at this time. The camp site were going to be made to not be able to be used to stay on the property. The did have barriers in the rear of the property and those have been taken or removed or damaged. T.P.D. has the gates secured at this time and the media was on site. No one from the Vet on Patrol was on site at this time due to were removed at night by T.P.D. RV.

06/05/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	MMENDOZA	Approved	MET ON SITE WITH CEMEX VP, BOTH CAMP SITES CLEARED AND WORKING ON FENCING SITE.
