05/22/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units still on site. The fire was in a bedroom. T.P.D. on site due to had a shooting during the fire. The fire has gone into crime scene and left the site. The gas has been removed at the meter due to the damage of the fire and the shooting. Animal control was called to the site due to found a live dog in the bedroom. Does have a dead dog and at this time the dog will be left on site due to crime scene. RV.
06/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and he looked at the damage in the house. The son with with the owner removing some items he needed. Removed the plywood off the rear sliding glass door and placed it back up. Did go over the permits that will be need to get back into the house and did let the owner know that the house will need to be checked for min. housing condition befor re-occupied. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
