05/12/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called the T.F.D. on site with a broken sprinkle head and flooded the unit. Arrived and all the units have cleared the site and the maintenance was on site. This unit was on the bottom and was getting water from the ceiling from the upper unit. The floor has water and the electrical was turned off at the sub-panel in the unit. The tenants were being placed in other units on the property. The maintenance called a company to have the water extracted. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenance was going to have the unit secured once the unit has been cleaned and the water extracted. Did the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter.
05/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Unit is vacant and secured. The electrical contractor Net Electric Company, INC. came to the site and checked the electrical system. All the components were dry and pulled the breakers out and shot them with air to make sure no water in the breakers and found none. Did get a letter of the company stating all is ok in the unit. The maintenance did call and talk to Allen and no other damage to the unit. The unit has been extracted and dry at this time. The unit will be cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
