Our ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant) Outreach Coordinators went to this site today to help some folks and found the conditions deplorable. The place is infested with ants cockroaches, it isn't structurally sound, it's basically falling apart. They also don't provide the items they say they do (broken appliances).

05/10/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the manager and went over that a complaint has been made on roaches, rats, unsafe structures and other issues. Will meet on Wednesday of May 16, 2018 after 9:30 AM. Did let him know that we will be going through the units. The manager did show the rear unit that is being worked on for repairs. The management is stating that the rear units are not being rented out at this time and only the front 8 units area being used. RV.
