Met with the manager and went over that a complaint has been made on roaches, rats, unsafe structures and other issues. Will meet on Wednesday of May 16, 2018 after 9:30 AM. Did let him know that we will be going through the units. The manager did show the rear unit that is being worked on for repairs. The management is stating that the rear units are not being rented out at this time and only the front 8 units area being used. RV. |
