PEST COMPLANY AND MANAGEMENT FOUND ONLY A COUPLE OF DEAD SEWER ROACHES AND NO OTHER SIGNS OF INFESTATION WERE PRESENT. AFTER UNIT WAS CLEARED MANAGEMENT TOOK BACK MODEL UNIT. INSPECTOR ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT TENANT BY PHONE AND ON SITE AT UNIT. NO ANSWER AT UNIT FRONT DOOR AND NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS. INSPECTOR IS SATISFIED WITH MANAGMENTS EFFORTS TO ADDRESS ISSUE. LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE TO TENANT IF TENANT STILL EXPERIENCES ROACH ISSUES, SHE MAY REPORT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT AGAIN AS THIS CASE WILL BE CLOSED. SPOKE TO SUPER MROMERO OKAY TO CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME.
