02/08/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The supervisor Martin Romero called and received calls on no gas to the property of a mobile home park. Arrived and met with the management. The gas has been removed at the meter with the meter being removed. Does have a contractor Liberty Pipeline on site working on trying to get the gas back on. Repairs are being made to check if the pressure will hold to get the gas back on. If this does not work, will be trying to have isolation valves placed to have some of the gas turned back on. The gas has been off since Tuesday 2-6-18 when SWG showed to check the property. Did talk to several people on site and were aware on what is going on. Will check on Monday. RV.
10/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved All the gas meter have been installed to all the occupied mobile homes, the vacant lots have gas stubs for future use and the mobile homes that are on all electric have a gas stub in the area to be connected at a future time if required. At this time the case is going to be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
