01/29/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved Arrived on site and met with manager who states they in the eviction process on this unit #1310 for non payment but they also have no electricity. Made contact with male and two females in the unit who confirmed they do no have power but are working with TEP to power it back up. Advised them they cannot live in a unit with no utilities in this case electricity, can stay there during daytime cleaning up or working on restoring power but cannot be in unit hanging out and never after sunset. They all understood and posted on front window, Officer Hould was advised and would follow up on this unit
02/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE AFTER TPD HAD MADE AN ARREST THIS MORNING EARLY ABOUT 1:15 AM. TENNANT WAS ARRESTED AND TPD CONTACTED C/E CONCERNING A BROKEN FRONT WINDOW. I MET AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGERS ABOUT BOARDING THE WINDOW, MANAGER STATED THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO BOARD THE WINDOW THEMSELVES, IASKED IF THEY COULD CHANGE THE LOCK AS WELL SO THAT ANY ACTIVITY INSIDE THE UNIT WOULD HAVE TO GO THRU MANAGEMENT TO GET INSIDE. MANAGER STATED THEY WOULD SECURE THE WINDOW AND CHANGE THE LOCK WITH IN A HOUR OR TWO. RECEIVED CALL FROM HEATHER THAT THE WINDOW HAD BEEN SECURED AND LOCKS CHANGED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
