Made contact with male and two females in the unit who confirmed they do no have power but are working with TEP to power it back up. Advised them they cannot live in a unit with no utilities in this case electricity, can stay there during daytime cleaning up or working on restoring power but cannot be in unit hanging out and never after sunset. They all understood and posted on front window, Officer Hould was advised and would follow up on this unit |
