01/09/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Received an E-mail that work is being done on the property and no permit has been issued. Arrived and the house is vacant and being worked on. Did have a person from the company who bought the house on site. He was meeting with people to show the work being done on the house. The structure in the rear of the property has been demo'ed with only leaving the rear and partial of the side walls. The flooring, the front wall, the interior walls, the roof, the plumbing, the electrical and the heating and cooling has been removed. Did find a permit that was issuedT17CM07308 on 1-8-18 for single family residence renovation. Does have a historic review approval for on windows only. Did walk in the house and the interior is being rehab through out and has a basement being worked on. Did call the owner and he stated that the work being done is on the approved plan. Not able to review the plans at this time and will try and get the copies. RV. |
