At this time the case can be closed as Abated due to the permit was existing and the added work has been added to that permit. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.

04/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the Building Official, Steve Sheilds, Michael Taku, Martin Romero and the City Attorney to reviews the case on the charges to be filed. Did go to the property to check the site and to take pictures of what the site look like at this time. Did find a box for a new tub and has been installed on the first floor on the west side of the house. The rear has new plumbing on the rear structure that where the demo took place. There is no concrete floor at this time. There are still open trenches where the new ABS pipes have been installed to the existing sewer lines. No one on site and took pictures from the exterior of the fence. Did place another Stop Work Order on the front window due to appears that they are trying to remove the old Stop Work Order off the window. RV.
04/05/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Asked by supervisor to check property and if any work was being done to post again stop W.O, meet with rick Saldate no work being done at this time at this location.
03/07/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured. The posting is still on the front window. No one on the property and the gates were locked. The plans are still being revised and in applied status. The last visit to P.D.S.D. was on 2-27-18 and was declined. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/23/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did N.O.V. and called the owner to let him know the results of checking the plans and meeting with Michael Taku for historic review and Clayton Trevillyan the building official and building that was removed was not part of the review. The owner was advised to meet with Michael and Clayton to check on what needs to be done to continue work on the front building. Went to the property and posted the Stop Work Order and the N.O.V. on the front window. No one was on site and not able to post on the rear of the house. Did meet with the Ward 6 office and talk to Alison Miller on what has been done. She will let Council member Steve Kozacik know what has been done. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/22/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to records and received copies of the plans to review. Did meet with Michael Taku and work that is being done is not approved and will have to come back to have another approval for the demo that was done to the rear structure. Will call owner and give N.O.V. and a Stop Work Order. RV.
