The truck hit the northwest corner of the building and the men bathroom is a total lost. The water lines are broken for hot and cold water and are running. Was not able to turn the water off and a person for the maintenance was called and the main water valve was not working and had to turn the water off at the backflow. The water will stay off until the plumbers came and check the damage. The property is owned by the City of Tucson and leased by El Rio Health. Did paperwork due to the damage and the facility will be closed to the public until checked by an Architect, contractor or engineeers stating that the building can be opened for business. Place caution tape around the front entrance to prevent entry into the building. RV. |

Did go to the site and the busines was closed and had security guards at the entrance. The area was blocked off with plywood and the water has been turned back on. The posting are still in place. The bathroom has been cleaned and the water lines capped and the electrical lighting and wiring for the plumbing has been removed. RV. |
