12/21/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called the T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units still on site and T.F.D. on site. The truck hit the northwest corner of the building and the men bathroom is a total lost. The water lines are broken for hot and cold water and are running. Was not able to turn the water off and a person for the maintenance was called and the main water valve was not working and had to turn the water off at the backflow. The water will stay off until the plumbers came and check the damage. The property is owned by the City of Tucson and leased by El Rio Health. Did paperwork due to the damage and the facility will be closed to the public until checked by an Architect, contractor or engineeers stating that the building can be opened for business. Place caution tape around the front entrance to prevent entry into the building. RV.
