11/29/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TPD OFFICER WHO STATED THE OCCUPANT ADMITTED TO WANTING TO COMMIT SUICIDE (HAD BEEN POSTED ON FACEBOOK), HAD LOST HER JOB, WAS GIVEN A 5 DAY EVICTION NOTICE, AND NOW TAKEN TO A PHSIC WARD AND WILL BE THERE FOR 5-7 DAYS. MET WITH PROPERTY OVERSEER RUSTY KAUBA WHO LIVES IN UNIT BEHIND 3743, KNOWS THE TENANT JENNIFER JOHNSON AND WAS AWARE THAT THE EVICTION NOTICE HAD ALREADY BEEN SERVED. TEP ARRIVED ON SCENE TO CUT POWER WHILE TPD WAS ON SITE. SEVEN ANIMALS WERE INSIDE AND TPD CONTACTED PCAC TO REMOVE THE ANIMALS. C/E SECURED ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS, REAR DOOR WAS LEFT UNLOCKED FOR PIMA COUNTY TO COME AND REMOVE ANIMALS, RUSTY KOUBA SIGNED FOR THE EMERGENCY VACATE NOV AND TOOK RESPONSIBILITY TO ALLOW PIMA COUNTY IN THE UNIT TO REMOVE THE ANIMALS. TPD AGREED RUSTY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO ALLOW ENTRY FOR PIMA COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL.
12/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER ON 12/14/2017 STATING THAT THE OCCUPANT HAD BEEN ISSUED A EVICTION NOTICE, THAT COURT WAS 12/12 ON THE EVICTION, THAT THE JUDGE RULED IN THE OWNERS FAVOR AND A WRIT WAS ISSUED THE SAME DAY. SUSAN SHARPE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY REASON POWER COULD NOT BE RESTORED TO THE UNIT, POWER WOULD BE PUT UNDER HER NAME, OCCUPANTS BELONGINGS WERE TO BE STORED IN A STORAGE ROOM UNTIL SHE COULD PICK THEM UP. OWNERS WANTED TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS SO THEY COULD RE OCCUPY THE UNIT AS TENNANT WAS 2 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT. I EXPLAINED AS LONG AS THEY RESTORED POWER TO THE UNIT, THEN THEY WERE ALLOWED TO BE INSIDE AND NOT VIOLATING ANY CODE ISSUES. SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO WHO STATED OUT CASE COULD BE CLOSED AND REOPENED IF NECESSARY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
