SUSAN SHARPE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY REASON POWER COULD NOT BE RESTORED TO THE UNIT, POWER WOULD BE PUT UNDER HER NAME, OCCUPANTS BELONGINGS WERE TO BE STORED IN A STORAGE ROOM UNTIL SHE COULD PICK THEM UP. OWNERS WANTED TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS SO THEY COULD RE OCCUPY THE UNIT AS TENNANT WAS 2 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT. I EXPLAINED AS LONG AS THEY RESTORED POWER TO THE UNIT, THEN THEY WERE ALLOWED TO BE INSIDE AND NOT VIOLATING ANY CODE ISSUES. SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO WHO STATED OUT CASE COULD BE CLOSED AND REOPENED IF NECESSARY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
