PLUMBING IN APT IS BACKING UP TOILET WATER ONTO BATHROOM FLOOR. MANAGER WAS LETTING TENANT USE RESTROOM IN ANOTHER APT TO SHOWER OR USE TOILET. OTHER TENANTS USING THE SAME BATHROOM FOR THE SAME REASONS, THEIR BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AFFECTED IN SAME MANNER, WATER NAD FECAL MATTER FLOATING OUT OF SEVERAL APARTMENTS TOILETS. MANAGER IS NOT GETTING ISSUE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. MANAGER IS NOW REFUSING TO TRY ANOTHER WAY TO FIX PROBLEM.
