TPD ASKED THAT THE STRUCTURE BE SECURED BY PINNING THE DOORS SHUT AND CHAINING THE FRONT DOOR WITH A LOCK AS WELL AS PLACING A CHAIN AND LOCK ON THE FRONT GATE. SMALL TRAILER WAS PINNED SHUT AT THE FRONT DOOR, WINDOWS LOCKED PROPERLY AND TRAILER POSTED TO "KEEP VACANT" . MAIN STRUCTURE HAD THEE DOORS, ROLL UP DOOR WAS LOCKED FROM INSIDE. WEST DOOR PINNED FROM INSIDE, AND EAST DOOR PINNED AND CHAINED & LOCKED. POWER WAS CUT BY TEP AND FRONT GATE CHAINED AND LOCKED AND POSTED TO KEEP VACANT. |
