09/05/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a unit not having electrical. Arrived and the units still on site and the electrical has been removed at the meter due to lacking payment. One person was in the unit and his name was not on the lease and called the owner of the complex and was in the process of eviction at this time. Not able to make contact with the person renting and started the paperwork for the Notice to Vacate the unit. Did give him time to remove and gather items for the night and come back at daylight time and get with the management to remove the items he owns out of the unit. He was going to a friends house until daylight hours. The unit was secured and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The owner of the property will be getting with the tenant on removing the items out of the unit. The tenant signed the paperwork and left the site. The electrical has been off for some time and had battery type lights in all the rooms to see. Once the unit was secured left the site. Will check in 10 days. RV.
09/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the management and the unit is vacant and secured at this time. The tenants items have been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
