06/19/2017 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. 06/19/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site, and went to managers office however it was closed until 12:00. Went to unit #1203 and met with tenant states ongoing problems with roaches has tried to spray on there own. Wil try to make contact with manager to get the exterminator schedule. Two 8yd containers on in the parking lot overflowing and on the ground around the containers. Called E/S to find M,W & F are pickup days and truck came in and svs'd the contianers but still have items on the ground will NOV the property owner
08/15/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find the unit vacant, called and spoke to manager and she confirmed that the tenants did in fact moved out. She has continued to treat the unit. Will move to close out this case at this time
