Trash and Debris around metal containers in parking lot was all picked up and now contained. Stated they have had issues with COT pickup of trash but all was corrected. Will unit #1203 they have been on the list for the last month or so for 2x a month service, states alot of times they wont let the exterminator in or the home has not met their obligations on cleaning up in order to spray. Will continue to work with the tenants and exterminator to ge this under control. Next spray is in 7 days, will follow up in 10 days. |
