My findings are as follow: * The electric in the damaged wall was safe to remain energized * The exterior of the structure at the rear was damaged. 9 courses of 4" brick by 4 ½' wide were pushed inward. Courses are on top of concrete stem wall. * The interior drywall at the back wall of the open room were moved inward. Wall is steel studs and drywall surface. * I met with the manager and issued NOV's for permits. * Manager took responsibility for the board-up and signed the indemnification form. |
