He said it took management a while but all was taking care of at the unit in regards to his complaint. He did however have new issues of debris in stairwell by his apartment met with management who walked me over to the area, did see by the door litter and debris in the form of garbage bags. Maintenance supervisor States those are tenant issues that need to be addressed from management, tenants cannot throw garbage bags outside the front door. Maintenance was called to pick up the bags and will be addressed in a letter through management to the tenants. We'll move to close out this case |
