Arrived and T.P.D. unit was still on site. The property has been vacant for some time. All the utilities have been removed at the meters. The wood frame wall with windows is collapsing on the rear of the structure. Did install a kicker to the rear wall from the exterior to push the wall in to have the structure secured. Did make contact with the property manager and unable to make it to the site and the owner was not able to make it to the site due to illness. T.P.D. did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have all the openings secured with plywood. Secured 13-windows and 2-doors with plywood and the kicker was a 2 x 4 on the exterior and the support in the interior was a 2 x 6 floor to ceiling. Did the posting on the front door of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. and the Notice to Vacate with placing a Do Not Enter on the rear door. The propert manager will check the N.O.V. tomorrow or on Monday. Did discuss on securing all the openings and stated OK. He was checking on the rear structures of Corrigated Iron and not able to secure that area at this time. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
