05/04/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and unsecured. Did find someone in the unit with a dog and called T.P.D. to have the person removed. T.P.D. did get the person name, Austin Mills Grant. Did call a property manager and he came to the site and stated that he is unable to have the unit secured and gave permission to have the unit secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site and had the unit re-secured. Did have to add extra plywood due to remove the cooler in the window to have the entire window secured. The posting was still on the front of the unit. Did have to secure another unit and is next to the other unit that was secured before. Found the person removed from the 1st unit moving into the second unit and was removed that was given permission again from the property manager. The property manager was called back to the site to check the unit before secured. T.P.D. did get the person name and it was Austin Mills Grant. The person was told that if caught on the property again, that he would be arrested. Will check in 30 days. RV.
