Arrived and the unit was still on site and had a candle with the scent that the holder container broke and the oil caught fire. The candle was on the stove and only burned the microwave on the bottom and the stove was not damaged. The area was able to be cleaned only leaving some burn stains on the microwave. The front door was kicked in and damaged the jamb side where it split. Did have maintenance on site and had already repaired the door jamb to be locked. The jamb will be replace in the morning and the tenant is OK with everything that is being done. At this time due to no structual damage and everything being addressed, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
