They are operating an center that provides aesthetics (botox, laser procedures), cosmetic rejuvenation, therapry, counseling, plastic surgery consultations, etc. with personal services: massage, hair, tattoo removal, personal training, etc. The DP pole sign out front does not have change of copy permit for additional businesses after original sign approval. Owner states the property was approved for all services, but she was advised only the medical or professional office is approved in this R3/O3 zone. Note: this R3 parcel is allowed O3 use per a previous superior court case. The property was only approved as a medical or professional office under DP 14-0234 in 2014. Current owner received a zoning letter as the "Medical Health Clinic and Wellness Center of Southern AZ LLC" (ACC # L1932787), which is not operating at this facility. The "El Con Health & Wellness Center LLC" (ACC # L19910226) is in operation currently. They share the same statutory agent and members.
