Owner states the property was approved for all services, but she was advised only the medical or professional office is approved in this R3/O3 zone. Note: this R3 parcel is allowed O3 use per a previous superior court case. The property was only approved as a medical or professional office under DP 14-0234 in 2014. Current owner received a zoning letter as the "Medical Health Clinic and Wellness Center of Southern AZ LLC" (ACC # L1932787), which is not operating at this facility. The "El Con Health & Wellness Center LLC" (ACC # L19910226) is in operation currently. They share the same statutory agent and members. |
