10/24/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and met with the management. The management have been trying to have the unit treated but the tenant has not moved or package the items to have the unit treated that has been requested by the company doing the treatment. The treatment will try to be done on Wednesday and if not ready, will be charging the tenant a penalty. Will not be doing the N.O.V. due to the management has been trying to abated the issue and the tenant not cooperating. Will check in 10 days. RV.
11/07/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved No one home and called and left a message. Did meet with the management and the unit has been treated twice. The unit was just inspected and has no other complaint to the management. The tenant never called. The tenant will be advised to call if the roaches do come back due to the management will treat when ever called of issues in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
