The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

MAINTANENCE STATED THAT IT HAPPENED AROUND THE FIRST OF THE MONTH WHEN THEY RECEIVED APPROX 3-4 INCHES OF RAIN. LOOKING AT THE BREAKS IN THE RAFTERS, IT DOES APPEAR THAT THE SCUPPER COULD HAVE BEEN OVERLOADED WITH WATER AND THE STANDING WATER IN THE AREA CAUSED THE RAFTERS TO BREAK. THERE ARE 4 SECTIONS OF WAREHOUSE, THE MIDDLE TWO HAVE BEEN VACATED AND ONLY THE NORTH AND SOUTH SECTIONS ARE BEING USED AT THIS TIME. |
