| 08/23/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Went to the property with supervisor Rick Saldate and Inspector Pumphery. T.P.D. called and having issues with the walkways, post on the deck, boards falling or are loose, plumbing issues and has other issues on min. housing condition. Arrived and met with the owners and found where a sewer drain is backing up where the laundry room is located. Did get the owner to unplug the pipe while on site. Did find a board as a decor to follow the rim joist for the decks that was loose and falling over a walkway to the steps to the side of the building. The wood was asked to be removed or repaired and the owner had it removed. Found a cooler that is loose due to the wood frame stand is giving out and not able to support the cooler. Found double lugging in the disconnect for the cooling tower on the side of the building. Due to the issues already addressed and wanting to check the electrical system, will be coming back with another inspector to check the electrical system. RV. |
