Walk around some of the unit and you could see them outside next to the sidwalk, some may have had them added but I could not verfiy that. I will call the manager of hte complex and see if they can find one for building F
09/02/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved Recivied an e-mail from the Stratford Management that had a invice attched to it that showed Drainmaster has come out and found the clean out for building F. It was next to the curb in parking spot 101 in the black top. Case closed.
