Met with owner of unit F130 and he states that the none of the units have a swage clean out for a Plumber to clean out any back up. Walk around some of the unit and you could see them outside next to the sidwalk, some may have had them added but I could not verfiy that. I will call the manager of hte complex and see if they can find one for building F |
