07/26/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the property and some one home but no answer. Did knock on both doors and tapped on the windows and the side of the mobile home. The windows are opened and will need to gain entry into the property to check the condition. Did talk to the guard and the security watch and they think he is home. The truck is in the driveway. Able to smell the feces and able to observe the amount of clutterness in the unit. Will try tomorrow. RV.
10/10/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The owner has cut the carpet where the large amount of animal feces was placed. The other carpert that remains has not been cleaned or shampoo'ed. The mobile home is owner occupied and still has a smell. The owner has scheduled for a pest control to come and treat the interior of the mobile home for the roaches. Did install the smoke detectrors and the owner was given permssion to start staying in the mobile home. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
