Arrived on site and located the pool at rear of the complem, 5ft wood fence surrounds the entire pool area and has a lock and chain on gate. Small gate to pool pump area is down and 4 slats to that fence is kicked in. Knocked several times on unit 1 whick i belived to be mananger office but no contact. |
