The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

THERE IS NO CIRCUIT DIRECTORY, IDENTIFICATION OR PROPER LABELING ON EITHER PANEL. 3. BROKEN PANEL COVER ON THE NORTH PANEL, MISSING HARE WARE. 4. MULTIPLE WIRE TERMINATIONS IN THE SAME TERMINAL LUG ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH 200 AMP DISCONNECTS. 5. TWO NEW SINGLE POLE 20 AMP CIRCUIT BREAKERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND WIRED TO A DOUBLE GANG RECEPTACLE OUTLET BOX. |
