I would like to clarify a few things and maybe this will help. First, this has nothing to do with "Charlie's Tobacco". It is a problem with "Simply Smokes." The violations I described were correct at the location I indicated (northeast corner of 1st Ave and Wetmore - 715 E. Wetmore Rd.). But by the time you arrived, the signs had worn away. Now (as of 11/22/2015) new and more permanent signs have been placed. Further, he has placed an additional sign on the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and River Road. There is no address there because the area is a small park. The business is located at 3600 N. 1st Avenue #106. In general, the advertising of cigarettes and tobacco products are illegal. This is why you no longer see these items on television commercials, bus and bus stops, and billboard signs. There are some exceptions, but even these exceptions must include the Surgeon General Warning. Simply Smokes doesn't include this warning plus the placement isn't legal. This is NOT Simply Smokes first violations. There have been others in the past that I have seen, but not reported. I know you are busy, but I want to thank you for your cooperation
