It is a problem with "Simply Smokes." The violations I described were correct at the location I indicated (northeast corner of 1st Ave and Wetmore - 715 E. Wetmore Rd.). But by the time you arrived, the signs had worn away. Now (as of 11/22/2015) new and more permanent signs have been placed.
