THE METAL ROOF SHEATHING WAS PEELED BACK AND THE ROOF MEMBERS WERE CUT BACK. IN THIS LOCATION THERE WAS ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS THAT WERE BURNT AND DAMAGED. THE GAS WATER HEATER COMPARTMENT SUSTAINED THE MOST DAMAGE. THE UNIT WAS BURNED ITS NOW INOPERABLE, THE EXTERIOR WOOD SHEATHING AND EXTERIOR STUDS WERE DAMAGED. THE GAS WATER HEATER COMBUSTIBLE AIR OPENINGS WERE SHEATHED WITH PLYWOOD. THE WOOD SHEATHING WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS. THE ELECTRICAL LIFE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED ALL CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE SHUT OFF. SWG PINNED THE METER OFF. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED AND A PLACARD WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. PERMIT ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS. SCHEDULE A 60 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. |

THERE IS SEMI NEW CONDUCTOR IN THE WATER HEATER CLOSET, NO STUDS IN THIS ARE HAVE BEEN REPLACED.. A STOP WORK ORDER WAS ISSUED ONSITE. THE UNIT IS SECURE AND POWER IS OFF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WAS NOTIFIED VIA PHONE AND EMAIL. NOTES WERE ADDED ONTO THE PERMIT THAT REQUIRED INFORMATION IS NEEDED. I DID BREIF SUPERVISORS. |
