10/14/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the manager and the maintenance and the repair was made on 9-24-15. The water main broke in-between the 2-buildings for the complex. The water line was repaired and than again leaked and was repaired. The water was turned off at the meter and only for the repairs. The repairs were done on 9-24-15 and 9-25-15. The area still has mud in the area worked on from the water that flooded the area. At this time all the units have water with no restriction. When the break happened, the maintenance crew started the repairs as soon as notified of the break in the water line. As tenants came out on the lack of water, they were told of the water line break. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
