Description: A non-reviewed roof/shingle removal and replacement has been completed with out first obtaining the approval of the Historic Preservation Zone committee. ACTION NECESSARY TO CORRECT AND COMPLIANCE TIME: Owners must first contact Lead Planner Michael Taku (837-4963) so that the required review and approval process can be set up and completed, and the decision handed down by the Pima County - Tucson Historic Commision Plans Review Board and the City of Tucson PDSD.
