CALLED ANS SPOKE WITH BETH JONES WHO INFORMED ME OWNERS HAVE BEEN LIVING OUT OF STATE FOR OVER 2 YRS. INFORMED BETH OF THE VIOLATION, BETH GAVE THE OWNER CONTACT NUMBER, STATED SHE KNOWS MICHAEL TAKU AND THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT MICHAEL. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNER, LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE VIOLATION INFORMATION. ** RECEIVED CALL BACK FROM OWNER EDWARD MCCANN WHO STATED HE HAD ALREADY SPOKEN WITH MICHAEL TAKU AND HAS STARTED PUTTING TOGETHER ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY MICHAEL TAKU. MICHAEL TAKU STATED HE HAS SPOKEN WITH THE OWNER AND ASKED FOR A PUNCH LIST OF INFORMATION OWNER NEEDS TO PROVIDE. HPZ COMITTEE PROCESS IS UNDER WAY. |
