This demolition occurred without this happening. The demolition debris is curbside. Concern exists that further demolitions or damage to the historic resource may occur. The 1973 AP Historic Zone map does not show this property address but the property is identified with 843 numbering and is likely a building erected after the HPZ map was drawn. It is the second house on the east side of 2nd Avenue north of 19th. street
